Australian model Robyn Lawley appeared on the famous Vogue Italia cover, and also served as the first plus size face for Ralph Lauren. She would later launch a food blog called, Robyn Lawley Eats. She became the first curvy beauty to appear inVogue Australia as well. Robyn would later go on to star as the first plus size model to star in the pages of Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit Issue’s in 2015.

In the 1990’s, Kate Dillon became an icon as one of the few plus size models. The American model has graced the pages of American Vogue, Elle US, Glamour and Vogue Paris. For advertising campaigns, Kate landed major brands like Gucci, L’Oreal Cosmetics and Jean Paul Gaultier. In her personal life, the model enjoys keeping active with hiking, yoga and bike riding.

American born model Tara Lynn graced the famous Vogue ItaliaJune 2011 cover. The brunette model starred in campaigns for brands such as H&M, Forever 21, Lane Bryant and Lucky Brand. Tara also appeared in cover stories for top international magazines like Elle Spain and Elle France.

At a size 22, Tess Holliday stepped into the spotlight after covering People Magazine in 2015. The publication featured the headline: The World’s First Size 22 Supermodel! As a proponent of body positivity, Tess has been very vocal about reclaiming the word “fat”. The redhead appeared in campaigns for brands such as Torrid, H&M and ModCloth.
